BFF Banking Group returns to office work in Spain and chooses Castellana 81 in Madrid
  • Castellana 81 represents BFF commitment to reduce impact on environment and secure healthy working condition to its employees.

Madrid, 11 May 2021 – BFF Banking Group – the European leading independent specialty finance player for the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables towards the Public Sector, securities services, banking and corporate payments – chooses Castellana 81 to return to office work after more than a year being fully operational in remote working mode.

Employees would come together in the office about three days a week, and work from home for two days, rotating in two cohorts. The hybrid work pattern, already experienced in other offices across the Group, will help teams to familiarize with flexible models that make the return to office safer and easier.

Castellana 81 is located in the AZCA section of Paseo de la Castellana, the financial centre of the Madrid. It was designed by the Spanish architect Sáenz de Oiza in the 80’s, and later regenerated by Gmp Group. It has indeed attained the Platinum LEED certification for Core & Shell (2017) for its standard in environmental protection and sustainability, and Gold WELL Building Standard in the Core & Shell category (2018) for securing its tenants the healthiest working conditions, thus becoming the first office building in Spain to achieve the WELL certification and the fifth of its kind in Europe.

The building also features for its strong commitment to accessibility, inclusion and diversity in the workplace. A such it received DIGA (Indicator on Accessibility) in 2017 with a five-star rate in the category of singular building built before 2010.
