Milan, 14 September 2022 – BFF - the leading player in Europe specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations and National Health Systems - has signed a new agreement with Rekeep Transport, active in the transport sector in France, and part of the Rekeep Group - the leading Italian player operating in Integrated Facility Management.
The agreement is consistent with the one that was concluded between BFF and Rekeep last January in Italy, thus extending the collaboration to France, where BFF has been active since 2019.
The Rekeep Group has been operating in the public transport sector in France since 2018, following the award of some major contracts, including soft facility management services on the railway lines in the Montrouge area and in 14 stations in Normandy, as well as for cleaning services in the 17 main Paris metro stations (intermodal hubs).
The agreement provides for the non-recourse assignment of trade receivables due from Public Administrations, on a revolving basis and with a three-year term.
According to Luca Buglione, Chief Financial Officer of Rekeep: “This new agreement strengthens and extends our long-standing partnership with BFF, which since 2015 has been providing full support to our Group, not only in the domestic market but also in our international growth, thus enabling us to accelerate the cash flow generated by major contracts in the process of being started in France, as well as to optimize the overall cost of our Group debt."
