TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data. IT systems and software procedures created for the website management acquire, during their usual activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check the correct functioning of the services offered.
Navigation data do not last for more than seven days (except for any need of crimes ascertainment by the judicial authorities).

These data will be processed by BFF Bank S.p.A., mainly with IT tools, in order to comply with the request of the User. The Personal Data provided by the User requesting dispatch of informative material (brochures, informative material, etc..) is used only to perform the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (companies that provide mailing services, labelling, shipping).
Besides those circumstances, data will not be communicated, nor granted to anyone, except where provided by contract or with the concerned party’s consent. In this respect, Personal data may be transmitted to third parties, but only and exclusively provided that:
- There is the explicit consent to share the data with third parties;
- There is a need to share the information with third parties to provide the service requested;
- This is necessary to comply with requests of the judicial or public security authorities.
No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain by BFF Bank S.p.A., in the foreseen cases, the access to own personal data, the rectification or the erasure of them or the restriction or object of data processing (art. 15 and following of the Regulation). To exercise the aforementioned rights the Data Subject can contact the Data Controller by writing to BFF Bank S.p.A., via Domenichino, n. 5, 20149, Milano. The Bank appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) reachable at the e-mail address DPO@bff.com.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
The Data Subjects who consider that the processing of their personal data carried out through this website happens in violation of the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to an effective judicial remedy (art. 79 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
