Gianluca Poletti - BFF Banking Group

Gianluca Poletti joined BFF Banking Group in July 2023 as Group Internal Audit Director.

He has developed his strong experience in banking and internal audit mainly in UniCredit, where he has been working for 12 years in various managerial positions in Audit Methodologies and Group Audit, gaining international experience which led him - in 2017 - to be appointed Chief Audit Executive of UniCredit Bank Serbia.

In March 2020, he moved to ING Italy as Head of Internal Audit and member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

He holds a Master in Auditing and Internal Control in Banks from Pisa University and a degree in Business Economics from Cattolica University in Milan. He is a Certified Internal Auditor.
