Our Management Team

Riccardo Galetti
Head of Portugal

Riccardo Galetti joined BFF Banking Group as Head of Portugal in 2025.

He brings over a decade of experience in the banking sector, gained through managerial roles at BFF and other European financial institutions in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, as well as through his service as a member of a board of directors.

Mr. Galetti holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France), with part of his studies completed at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He also earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Milan in 2012.
