Elisa Corsi
Chief Risk Officer
Elisa Corsi joined BFF Banking Group in October 2026 as Chief Risk Officer.
She brings more than 30 years of international experience in the banking sector, gained at leading financial institutions. Prior to joining BFF, she served as Chief Risk Officer at Volksbank S.p.A., following a 25-year career within UniCredit Group, where she held positions of increasing responsibility with oversight across 11 countries and 25 legal entities.
Ms. Corsi is a member of AIFIRM and ANRA, as well as of the CeTif Risk Management Steering Committee. She has also participated as a speaker in numerous national and international events and initiatives organised by, among others, ABI, AIFin, CefPro and Allan Lloyd, and has spoken at leading academic institutions, including the University of Milano-Bicocca and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
