Milan, 7th August 2020 – BFF Banking Group informs that, following the partial execution of the share capital increase free of charge, and the consequent change in share capital announced to the market with a press release on 31st July 2020, today the Articles of Association of Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. with evidence of the amendments, registered with the Companies’ Registration List of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on 4th August 2020, have been made available to the public at the Parent Company BFF’s registered office in Milan – Via Domenichino n° 5, on the Group’s website www.bffgroup.com (Governance > Corporate Documents > Articles of Association section), as well as on the authorized storage system’s website www.1info.it.
