Information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation" or "GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data (hereinafter also "the Data"), freely provided by you in the Webinar registration form, will be processed by BFF Bank S.p.A., as Data Controller (hereinafter also "the Data Controller"), for the following purposes:  a) registration for the event and attendance management, b) marketing (by way of example only and not exhaustive, promotion of products or services by sending e-mails and / or telephone contacts by authorized personnel of BFF Bank S.p.A.; invitations to events; etc.).

The legal basis for achieving the purpose a) consists in the legitimate interest of BFF Bank S.p.A. to ensure the normal course of the event. The processing of your Data for the purpose b) finds the legal basis in your specific consent (Ref. article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR) that you are free to give or not and that you can, however, revoke at any time. The communication of your personal data for this purpose does not correspond to a legal or contractual obligation. The consequence of failure to communicate will only make it impossible for BFF Bank S.p.A. to carry out the aforementioned processing activity on your personal data.

The category of personal data that will be subjected to the aforementioned processing consists of the identification data you have entered in the registration form for this Webinar.

We also inform you that the processing of your Data will take place with the help of automated tools and the use of appropriate security measures. The Data will be processed and stored by the Data Controller for the period of time necessary to pursue the purposes indicated, taking into account the nature of the underlying services, except in any case the revocation of consent or the exercise of the rights of opposition and cancellation of the Data by you.

The subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Data may be communicated or who may become aware of it are:

• employees and collaborators of BFF Bank S.p.A., appointed authorized to process and always instructed in compliance with the principle of purpose;
• always in compliance with the principles of processing and for the purpose a), third-party companies that carry out service provision activities in favor of BFF Bank S.p.A.

In addition, your Data may be communicated if it proves necessary to fulfill an obligation provided for by law, by a regulation or by community legislation.

The Data will not be transferred to non-EU countries. If, however, this can happen for future needs related to the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller guarantees from now on that such transfer would take place only in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR - in particular, from the relative Chapter V -, delivering appropriate communication.

With regard to your personal data, we inform you that you can exercise the rights provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, notification, data portability, opposition to processing) as well as the right to withdraw consent by contacting the Data Controller, then writing to BFF Bank S.p.A., via Domenichino, n. 5, 20149,  Milan. We also remind you of the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the rights indicated herein have not been recognized.
