After the merger with DEPObank, he was appointed Group General Counsel &amp; Business Legal Affairs Director.</p>\n<p>He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the subsidiaries BFF Immobiliare and BFF TechLab.</p>\n<p>Before joining the Group, he held the role of Group Head of Legal, Compliance &amp;
