Marilena Ferri
Director, Group Human Resources and Organisational Development

Marilena Ferri joined BFF Banking Group in 2022 as HR & Organizational Development Director.

She has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and organization for companies operating in different sectors. Before joining BFF, she worked as HR & Legal Director in ManpowerGroup Italy, after a long experience as Group Chief People & Transformation Officer in Autogrill. Previously, she worked in Tech Data Italia (American multinational IT distribution company) and, before that, in Philip Morris International and in the HR consulting in Tesi.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic History from the University of Pisa and a post graduated certification in HR Management and Labour Relations. She also studied at the Eberhard Karls Universität in Tübingen, at the Roskilde University in Denmark, and at the Leeds University as part of a postgraduate program in Human Capital Management.
